ReachOut Football Club

Founded 2007 by Peter Blackwell

ReachOut FC is a voluntary run youth football club based in Hackney, London.  ReachOut FC is not an elite player development centre, rather priding itself on offering the best coaching and playing opportunities we can to children and young people of all abilities in Hackney, not simply the most talented kids we can find.

As a result we try to offer as many teams as we can per age group so as many kids as possible have the chance to play and enjoy football at their own level, irrespective of individual ability.  We are always looking for committed individuals to help us offer football to more children in the area – if you think you might be interested please get in touch via our Contact page!

The club has close links with ReachOut! London, a charity working with young people in inner city areas supporting academic and personal development through mentoring and sports coaching. Peter Blackwell is the Development Manager for ReachOut! London.   All ReachOut FC training sessions for secondary school pupils (Y7 upwards) consist of one hour of homework, supported by volunteers, followed by football coaching led by FA Level 2 coaches.  We are committed to helping our players excel both in their studies and their football.

ReachOut FC is affiliated to the London Football Association and is an English Football Association Charter Standard club.
